Tom Kohl’s Police Officers Survival Guide was written to help educate police officers on staying alive on the job as a police officer.
Tom Kohl is a US Army veteran (1988-92), who was in combat in Desert Shield/Storm in Iraq, and who served in the US Army Reserves (1992-95).
Tom worked “on the street” as a police officer for the Dallas Police Department and the Dallas County Police Department from 1995 to 2002. He now is a Special Agent with a Federal Agency. His father was a Federal Agent.
