The job opportunity –
As the individual would be set up on a commission-based salary (1099) , they would get to choose how they brought in potential prospects provided they conformed to company policy. While they will have certain guidelines to follow which is set as standard procedure, they will have freedom in techniques used to land a sale provided such techniques are honest and exhibit total integrity. Since the job would be designed upon commission standards, they will benefit by being able to work directly from their home while also working on their own hours. This job is for those individuals who choose to be leaders and do what is necessary to get ahead. Based upon their production, this position could lead to a salaried position.

If a period of time goes by and the employee’s sales continue to rise along with their commission, there can be full-time annual paying jobs available. This all depends on the time and effort that is shown through the given individual. There are no low level positions available, only commissioned sales. Should sales get to a level that shows a drastic increase in their production, the President may choose to promote this person which would also include potential benefits (management).

Employee selection criteria
Strategic Membership Systems, Inc. is looking for an employee who will work upon a commission-based salary. As we work with martial arts and fitness school owners and Associations nationwide, we are looking for employees with a background in the arts. This is important so we can communicate effectively with our clients. All staff at SMS has a martial arts/ fitness background and we would like to keep that benefit going. An individual choosing to spend little time, will receive small commissions. The primary criteria will include a background check and will require referrals (3) from industry schools or people able to provide information as to their integrity and work habits.
