Tyson Lee Griffin was born on April 20, 1984 in Sacramento, California. He is a professional mixed martial arts fighter from Albany, California. Griffin currently fights as a Lightweight in the Ultimate Fighting Championship. He has an 12-1 record in MMA, and is 4-1 in the UFC. He is also the only man to defeat WEC Featherweight champion Urijah Faber.
